An experienced Learning & Development partner required from a Financial Services background. Must have experience with design, delivery, competency frameworks and managing stakeholders. The successful Learning & Development partner will also have experience of line management as will have reports.

ONLY considering those that work within the Financial Services market, preferably banking

The Learning & Development Partner will

  • Work with SLT and alike and key stakeholders across the division to identify learning needs through an annual calendar in line with the Diversity and Inclusion strategy
  • Manage and oversee the businesses wide entry level programmes and partnering with other divisions throughout the process
  • Design and oversee the effective development and regular delivery of the company induction programme. Ensure material is regularly updated, considering the best method of delivery
  • Manage and oversee all talent development programmes Bank wide including Ignite, Developing the people and working with the head of L&D on upcoming programmes.
  • Lead on company wide management and leadership development . This should include ongoing review and delivery of Key essential's for line managers, self- learning tool kits and materials and supporting or advising on leadership and management off site activities
