A forward-thinking and progressive property and construction consultancy, are now seeking an Associate Building Surveyor to join them in their growing team in central London.

This is an opportunity that will offer the successful Associate Building Surveyor a exciting and varied commericially focused portfolio of clients to work with, as well as a clear and supported progression route, within a developing team.

The successful Associate Building Surveyors' role

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will deliver a range of services to construction projects, primarily for commercial property types, including professional and project, design, maintenance, repair and refurbishment duties.

As the chosen Associate Building Surveyor you'll work closely within the team, supporting junior surveyors and eventually moving into a direct management role.

Person specification

  • MRICS qualified
  • RICS accredited degree
  • Strong understanding of CDM Regs 2015, Party wall and Building Regulation legislation
  • Defect diagnosis and sound report writing
  • Excellent verbal ability and business development skills
