We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 1 (KS1) Teacher to join our team and inspire young minds in their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the Key Stage 1 curriculum, fostering a love for learning in your students.

  • Differentiated Instruction: Tailor your teaching to meet the diverse needs of your students, providing support and challenge as required.

  • Assessment: Use a variety of formative and summative assessment methods to monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.

  • Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel safe, valued, and motivated to succeed.

  • Parental Engagement: Build strong partnerships with parents and caregivers, providing regular feedback on students' progress and well-being.

  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other KS1 teachers and support staff to create a cohesive and stimulating learning environment.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience in teaching within Key Stage 1 is preferred but not essential for newly qualified teachers.
  • A passion for primary education and a commitment to nurturing young learners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
