IT Support Engineer

Our client in Cork is seeking a proactive IT Support Engineer to join their team. This role focuses on providing comprehensive IT support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of the company's IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-level support for software and hardware issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers, printers, and other peripherals
- Manage and support Office 365, including user account administration
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance tasks
- Assist with network troubleshooting and support
Requirements:
- 4+ years experience in an IT support role
- Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems
- Experience with Office 365 and Active Directory administration
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
