Kegworth, Derbyshire (just off J24 on the M1)

Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 5pm, Friday 8:30 – 4pm

Hybrid, work from home on Monday and Friday

About you

The ideal candidate will excel at building effective working relationships, possess a strong customer service mindset, and demonstrate solid teamwork abilities. They should have excellent administrative skills with a keen eye for detail and exhibit a professional and confident telephone demeanor.

 

General description of role:

The Customer Relationship Coordinator aims to ensure that the organisation delivers excellent customer service in support of the Customer Relationship Manager. This role ensures accurate service level reporting to agreed timetables, analysing reports to identify issues e.g. forecasts, event management, transport, order patterns etc.

 This role must achieve and maintain a good working knowledge of customer specific supply reporting systems, available reports and how these can be incorporated to improve management of the customers’ account as well as maintaining scorecards. Generating reports and all routine communications output from the Supply Relationship department.

 

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Execute daily supply chain processes to meet agreed customer service levels.
  • Support the Supply Chain Relationship Manager & Controller in delivering customer excellence while managing costs.
  • Collaborate with other functions to ensure accurate and accessible data.
  • Analyse service level reports to identify issues and present corrective actions.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of customer-specific reporting systems to improve account management.
  • Maintain scorecards for designated accounts and prepare for supply meetings.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive actions for continuous enhancement.
