Job Title: MOT Tester / Technician
Location: Peterborough
Salary: £33,000 to £35,000 + Average uncapped bonus of £5,800 per year (with potential to earn more)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: 5 days a week

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct MOT tests in compliance with DVSA regulations
• Diagnose and repair a range of vehicle faults
• Complete all required service documentation accurately
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient service
• Assist with light vehicle maintenance when not performing MOTs

Requirements:

• MOT Licence: Current MOT Testing Licence
• Qualifications: Qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair / City and Guilds Level 3 Motor Vehicle Maintenance / Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair / Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair / City & Guilds Automotive
• Experience: Experience in a car dealership, independent garage, car supermarket, or service centre
• MOT Tester Course: Completed MOT tester course class 4, 5, or 7
• Skills: Experience with vehicle diagnostics and repairs
• Training: Ideally Hybrid/EV trained, but training will be provided
• License: Full UK driving license with no more than 9 points
• Teamwork: Must be a team player and assist with light vehicle maintenance
