About us

A leading and expanding motor insurance group, renowned for staff reward and recognition, is looking to add to our Operational Resilience Team at the Atlanta Group, part of the Markerstudy Group

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join the Operational Resilience team. This role is crucial in supporting the team with governance reporting, compiling management information, data entry of important business service mapping and assisting with scenario testing. My, the administrator will take minutes in various committee meetings, ensure action items are completed by stakeholders, and oversee the technical administration of our operation resilience to. And help maintain our resilience tooling platform. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the robustness and efficiency of our operations.

Duties

  • Technical administration of resilience tool: ensure the operation resilience tool remains up and running, provide access to colleagues, and engage with the tooling provider to optimise system performance.
  • Governance Reporting: assist in the preparation and submission of regular governance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies, ensuring accuracy and appropriateness.
  • Management Information Compilation: collect, analyse and compile management information to support decision-making processes within the team.
  • Service Mapping Data Entry: perform data entry tasks related to mapping important business services, ensuring accurate and timely input of critical information.
  • Scenario Testing Administrative Support: provide administrative support for scenario testing activities, including scheduling, coordinating logistics, and documenting outcomes.
  • Minutes and Action Tracking: take detailed minutes during committee meetings, track action items, and ensure compilation by relevant stakeholders.
  • Resilience Tooling Platform Maintenance: assist in maintaining and updating the resilience tooling platform, supporting analysts and making sure their data is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: maintain accurate records and documentation relating to operational resilience activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: working with the Head of Operational Resilience and Operational Resilience Manager facilitate the smooth operation of resilience activities.

Skills & Experience

  • Technical knowledge related to maintaining and optimising software tooling (desirable)
  • Proven administrative experience
  • Fully competent in Microsoft applications (essential)
  • Experience using Power BIA (desirable)
  • Empathetic with a high degree of emotional intelligence
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written formats with both internal and external stakeholders
