£36,000 - £38,000/annum

Catch 22 is working with one of the UK's top Facilities Management companies who is seeking to appoint an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer with suitable qualifications and experience in a similar role and cover commercial sites across Manchester. 

             

Role Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of PPM's and reactive electrical maintenance.
  • Relevant electrical qualifications or training such as 18th edition, 2391, 2360 (Preferred)  
  • A reasonable level of experience in an FM or building services maintenance position is essential.
  • Ability to perform installations.
  • A full driving license.
  • A pro-active attitude and excellent communication skills including verbal and the written word.
  • Being involved in small installation projects.
  • The ability to form relationships with clients and to exceed customer expectation.
  • Approachable with a demonstrable commitment to team working.
  • A commitment to continuing professional development.
  • Willing to partake in all building services disciplines.
  • DBS or willing to undertake.
  • Experience working in schools, healthcare and other commercial sites.

Role Benefits:

  • Salary around £38,000 - and will be dependant on qualifications and experience.
  • 32 Days holidays including bank holidays.
  • Great working hours, 40 hours, Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm.
  • Company van + Fuel card + Tools.
  • Opportunities for overtime and additional payment through on call rota.
