£20,000-£24,000 + Progression + Training + 33 Days Holiday + Pension

Excellent opportunity for someone with great Customer Service skills and some interest in Technology to join a stable business offering training and development, alongside long-term stability.

This company are specialists in their industry and are involved in everything from Currency printing and manufacturing currency through to development of online payment solutions. This position will focus on the support of their Cash-Handling products.

In this role you will join a small team of Helpdesk Administrators to provide 1st Line Support over the phone or via email. You'll work closely with the Technical Support Team and if it's not fixable remotely, you'll schedule a mobile Engineer to visit the site within 48 hours. You'll be provided with full training on products and systems, and be provided on-going training and development going forward.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, good customer service skills, and have an interest in technical products/technology. Candidates must be commutable to Milton Keynes.

*Joining a team of Helpdesk Administrators
