The Company: A world renowned independent construction and property consultancy formed over a 100 years ago, which works across all sectors of the built environment.
The Role: You would be joining a team led by one of their equity partners and board members, gaining unrivalled exposure to some of the industry’s brightest minds.
You will be in the engine room, delivering exciting projects across Kent, London and Essex.
Project values range from the smallest being £12M, to the largest programme at £7B!
Job Location: Central London (Fitzrovia)
Head Count: 1,000+
Project Sectors: Central Government, Heritage, Education & Healthcare
Requirements for the Senior Project Manager:

Experience working for a UK based construction & property consultancy (essential)

Experience in one of the sectors listed above (not essential)

4+ years’ experience clearly demonstrated delivering projects

Contract administration (either JCT or NEC)

Experience of dealing with challenging clients / developers
