The Registered Manager – Mid-Long Term Children’s Homes will be responsible for:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of a Children’s Home.
  • Ensuring high standards of care and promoting best outcomes for young people.
  • Leading and developing a motivated team.
  • Overseeing compliance with Ofsted requirements and safeguarding policies.
  • Working collaboratively with partner agencies and internal staff.
  • Managing budgets and resources effectively.
  • Ensuring the health and educational needs of young people are met.
Package and Benefits:

The Registered Manager – Mid-Long Term Children’s Homes will receive:

  • Annual salary of £55,783 - £59,010.
  • Participation in the Managers On Call rota.
  • 37 hours per week with flexible working conditions.

The ideal candidate for the Registered Manager – Mid-Long Term Children’s Homes role will have:

  • A Level 5 residential leadership and management qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of childcare legislation and regulations.
  • Experience in managing residential children’s homes at a managerial level.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Commitment to equality and diversity in service delivery.
  • Excellent leadership and team development skills.
  • Registration with SW England.
