My client is seeking a skilled and experienced Bathroom Fitter to join our team on behalf of a local council. The successful candidate will work on various bathroom installation and refurbishment projects across residential properties in the local area. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality installations that meet the specifications and standards set by the council.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bathroom Installations: Carry out all aspects of bathroom fitting, including plumbing, tiling, carpentry, and general finishing.
• Refurbishments: Perform complete refurbishments and adaptations of existing bathrooms, ensuring all work is done to a high standard.
• Site Preparation: Prepare job sites by removing existing fittings, fixtures, and tiles, and ensuring the area is clean and ready for installation.
• Compliance: Ensure all work complies with building regulations, health and safety standards, and council guidelines.
• Customer Service: Interact professionally with tenants, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any on-site issues that may arise during installations.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any issues encountered for reporting to the Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Bathroom Fitter or similar role, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Skills: Proficient in plumbing, tiling, carpentry, and other relevant trades.
• Tools: Must have access to and experience with a range of relevant tools and equipment.
• Transport: Own reliable transportation is required to travel between job sites across the area
