We offer a structured career progression plan that can take you from Junior Consultant to leadership roles, based on your performance. With a base salary of £25,000 and realistic On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £35,000 in your first year (rising to £65,000 by year two), your success will directly impact your financial rewards. A performance-based commission structure ensures that your achievements are recognized, incentivizing you to push boundaries.

We believe in equipping our consultants with the tools they need to succeed. Our comprehensive 8-week Learning & Development program combines hands-on experience with structured classroom training. From mastering talent sourcing and screening techniques to building long-term client relationships, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from the best while developing your own recruitment style. Daily mentorship from top-performing consultants ensures you’re always progressing, with specialized support and resources to guide your journey.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Talent sourcing & screening: Identify high-caliber candidates using advanced sourcing strategies.
  • End-to-end recruitment: Manage the entire process from initial contact to offer negotiations, ensuring a seamless client-candidate experience.
  • Client relationship building: Become a trusted advisor to key clients, helping them secure top talent.
  • Networking & business development: Attend client meetings and industry events to grow your network and generate new opportunities.
  • Closing deals: Match the right candidates to the right roles, and earn commissions for your success.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous sales experience is highly desirable (B2B, SDR, D2D, Account Management, etc.).
  • A 2:1 degree or higher is preferred, though not essential if you have the drive to succeed.
  • A competitive edge, perhaps honed through sports or a results-driven environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-lasting relationships.
  • A target-driven mindset and a proven ability to meet or exceed goals.
