Essential Recruitment are currently recruiting for FLT drivers for a company based in Burton who are a leading provider of outsourced business solutions to FMCG manufacturers and retailers. The ideal candidate must have previous flt experience and hold a valid or expired accredited counterbalance license, be flexible and able to work in a team. In return you will receive a competitive salary and a straight permanent position within a growing company!
Salary: £14.73 per hour
Hours:
4 on 4 off
2 day shifts 06:00-18:00, 2 nights shift 18:00-06:00 – 4 days off etc

Daily Tasks:
- Operating FLT
- Loading and unloading
- Checking pallets are loaded correctly
- Following the health and safety
- Working within a team
- Maintaining a clean working environment
- Other duties as required
Skills Required:
- Must have accredited counterbalance license, we do accept lapsed and out of date licenses as you will have an onsite assessment
- Previous experience working on an FLT is required – minimum 1 year experience
- Have willingness to learn
