Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the mechanical design of products through all development phases.
• Design and analyse electronics packaging, including thermal, vibration, and stress dynamics.
• Utilize CAD (SolidWorks preferred) and FEA tools (Ansys preferred) for detailed design and simulations.
• Manage thermal management design, precision machining, and EMI/EMC mitigation techniques.
• Conduct shock and vibration simulations and analyses.
• Present engineering design reviews to customers and the executive team.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• Minimum of 9 years of industry experience in electronics packaging design and analysis.
• Expertise in aerospace and space industry design, development, and qualification.
• Proficiency in working with electronics assemblies and PCBAs.
• Experience with CNC manufacturing and EMI/EMC mitigation techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
