Working with a client, headquartered in Perth to appoint a new Experienced Architectural Technician. The client work in the commercial, agricultural, housing, educational and industrial sectors as well as others with an impressive portfolio over the different disciplines across Scotland. Looking for a talented Architectural Technician to join them on a full time and permanent bases to join their design team and assist on a variety of projects.
The Role:
- Preparation, submission and ongoing monitoring of Planning and Building Warrant Applications.
- Preparation of technical and construction drawings, details and specifications.
- Liaising with key stakeholder both internally and externally including clients, Senior Management, wider Design Team and Surveyors.
- Attend Site visits and meetings as required.
- Provide solutions for problems/issues that arise during application and build phases.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience (Essential)
- Structural steel construction experience (Essential)
- Excellent technical ability
- Strong communication skills
- Self-driven with own workload as well as the ability to work within a team.
- Experience with 3D design (desirable)
