Within this Internal Sales role, you will be pivotal in boosting sales through targeted outbound communication. The ideal candidate will have a creative background and a passion for engaging with customers.

Internal Sales Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound telephone calls, send emails, and arrange video calls to promote our products and services
  • Proactively follow up and nurture enquiries generated through the website and other lead generation channels
  • Focus on business growth from existing clients and generate new business by nurturing existing database contacts and reaching out to new specifiers and end users
  • Follow up on quotation requests, liaising with internal and external colleagues and other departments to convert enquiries into sales
  • Up-sell and cross-sell products and services in line with the sales and marketing plan
  • Update and maintain CRM records detailing all activity and relevant follow-up actions

 

Ideal Internal Sales Candidate Qualities

  • Creative experience (ideally a degree or equivalent in a creative field such as graphic design)
  • Enthusiastic and proactive about finding new clients and business opportunities
  • Professional customer service approach with an excellent telephone manner
  • Proven track record of bringing projects to a satisfactory and timely conclusion
  • Experience in a busy, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency in IT skills, including MS Office
  • Strong team player with good organisational and methodical skills
