Salary:  £25k-28K | First Year OTE: up to £40K | Second Year OTE: Up to £80k

Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to both our clients and candidates, and we are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

The Role:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will work closely with one of our senior consultants who has established themselves within the business. You will be responsible for assisting in the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to placing them in appropriate roles. You will be required to develop strong relationships with clients, understand their recruitment needs and ensure we are providing the best candidates for their roles.

Responsibilities:

• Developing new business opportunities through networking and business development activities.
• Building strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide them with the best service.
• Negotiating rates and contracts with clients and candidates.
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring all compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
• Screening candidates in order to send the right candidate for your client’s requirements.
• Exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in either a sales role, or in a fast-paced environment.
• An insight into trades and labour is preferred but not essential.
• A proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
