Base Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 (negotiable for the right candidate)
Benefits: Company Car / Car Allowance, Uncapped Commission (OTE £10,000 - £30,000 per annum)

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Executive to key account manage and drive new business across the South West region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow an existing customer base, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Provide expert advice and solutions tailored to customer needs in the fire and security sector.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and effective sales techniques.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in field sales, particularly within the fire and security industry.
- Strong understanding of fire alarms, intruder alarms, access control systems, and emergency lighting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts and develop new business.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Full UK driving license.
