Field Sales Executive - Fire & Security

Bristol, UK
Base Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 (negotiable for the right candidate)
Benefits: Company Car / Car Allowance, Uncapped Commission (OTE £10,000 - £30,000 per annum)

We are a medium-sized business based in Bristol, specializing in the supply and installation of fire and security products, including fire alarms, intruder alarms, access control systems, and emergency lighting. The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Executive to key account manage and drive new business across the South West region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow an existing customer base, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Provide expert advice and solutions tailored to customer needs in the fire and security sector.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and effective sales techniques.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in field sales, particularly within the fire and security industry.
  • Strong understanding of fire alarms, intruder alarms, access control systems, and emergency lighting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts and develop new business.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Full UK driving license.
