Contract Type: Permanent/ Full time
Salary: £27,000 – £29,000 plus benefits, depending on experience
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm

Eco2Solar are pleased to announce a new and exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join the UKs leading Solar PV Installation Company in the New Build Housing sector (who were recently invested in by EON) as a HR Administrator, based in our Kidderminster office.

About the role

The HR Administrator role offers the right candidate the opportunity to build, develop and grow their career with a highly reputable and growing company.

Acting as the first point of contact for HR related queries from employees, the HR Administrator will support the overall HR and Health and Safety function and provide a full range of services. With our impressive growth plans for the next 4 years, recruitment, training and development, retention and engagement are key priorities fundamental to this role.

You will constantly look for opportunities to improve and innovate the HR administration process, reporting any ideas to your manager. Don’t worry if you have no experience of Solar, we will teach you everything you need to know.

Having the ability to work as part of a team and take responsibility for your personal workload, whilst delivering excellent levels of service, is essential. A desire to put our clients’ needs first and a thirst to develop your own skills is a key part of fitting into this established team.

About you

To be successful in this role you’ll have strong communication skills, a good understanding of employment law, a keen eye for detail, be reliable and have great telephone manners. You will need to be good at processing information/data and have excellent attention to detail skills. You must have good computer skills and be familiar with using all Microsoft programmes and ERP/CRM systems. Understanding NetSuite would be desirable but not essential.

You must have experience in a similar administrative role in an HR department. Experience of resourcing and recruitment would be advantageous, and qualified in CIPD Level 3 (or higher) would be desirable but not essential. If you can show initiative and problem solving, this role will be ideal for you!
