A well-established international not for profit organisation operating in over 30 countries has an exciting new role for a Head of Stratefic Finance, the role will be for an 18-month fixed term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward thinking, dynamic organisation making a real impact.

As Head of Strategic Finance, reporting to the Finance Director, you will play a key role in the organisation, providing leadership, expertise and hands-on support to several senior members of the finance team and colleagues across the organisation to deliver key strategies and goals in the following areas; business partnering and development, pricing models, NPAC and cost recovery management, financial modelling, interim audits, budgeting and forecasting and project management and systems improvement.

The ideal candidate will have substantial financial leadership experience, you will be a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) and have a proven track record of leading a finance team and providing professional finance business support. You will have experience with hands-on financial modelling, multi-year financial planning, preparing and managing grant budgets and have strong financial reports skills.

The salary on offer is £53,000 - £62,000 per annum dependent on the level of experience and a benefits package which includes hybrid working, flexible working options, generous annual leave and you will be eligible for the Civil Service pension scheme option. Please note that occasional overseas travel to support programme implementation and/or overseas activities is required for the position.
