What You'll Do: As the Mechanical and Electrical Cyclical Contracts Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring compliance with government regulations while delivering both mandatory and discretionary services. You'll provide top-notch surveying and technical services, offering expert advice to our HIA team and ensuring we meet Supporting People and individual performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee mechanical and electrical cyclical contracts to ensure compliance with legislation and government requirements.
  • Deliver high-quality services that support our vulnerable clients.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the HIA team.
  • Monitor and evaluate contract performance, implementing necessary improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align with governmental and organizational goals.

Role Details:

  • Contract End Date: 7th November
  • Working Arrangement: Hybrid (mix of home, office, and onsite client premises)
  • Vehicle Requirements:
    • Must have a valid driving licence and provide proof of business insurance.
    • A DVLA check will be required.
  • Additional Compliance: Enhanced DBS check.
