Location: The Bush Estate, Midlothian
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5pm, Friday 8:30am-2:30pm
Contract: Fixed-term contract (Maternity cover)
Salary: £22,778 per annum
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our clients team and provide essential support to their Director of Employment Affairs and Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Process ECS Card applications within specified time frames.
- Assist with the administration of SJIB Apprentice and Adult Trainee Registration.
- Support the organization and administration of Apprentice of the Year events.
- Assist with the administration of FESS Assessments.
- Provide administrative support to the E & S Operations Manager.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of the services offered by the Employment Affairs Function.
- Provide advice to Members, Apprentices, Operatives, and other interested parties.
- Support the organization's strategy of Excellence and Skills and customer service standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and efficiency
- Previous administrative experience is essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
