- Provide tailored support to SEN students, including personal care
- Assist in the classroom and during learning activities
- Help with daily routines and personal care needs
- Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure students’ needs are met
- Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback as needed
- Experience in personal care is essential
- Previous experience working with SEN students is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting students
- £14 per hour
