Are you a dedicated and proactive PA or Secretary with a passion for education? Are you looking for a new opportunity where your organisational skills and professionalism can truly make a difference to the next generation? Would you describe yourself as highly skilled in diary management, minute taking, dealing with confidential data and more?

Class People are supporting a dynamic educational institution to recruit an experienced Principal's Secretary on a temp-to-perm or permanent basis. This role offers you the chance to work term-time only plus 5 days, providing a fantastic work-life balance.

What we’re looking for:

  • A proven track record in secretarial or PA roles, ideally with experience in the education sector or an interest in education or not for profit organisations.
  • A highly organised individual with the ability to manage sensitive data and keep the Principal's office running smoothly.
  • Experience in diary management with the ability to juggle schedules, appointments, and meetings like a seasoned professional.
  • Someone who is confident liaising and communicating with all parties including parents, staff, children and external stakeholders.
  • A full Clean UK Driver's License (Desirable)
