As the Marketing Manager - 12m FTC you will be responsible for leading and managing the divisional marketing function, supporting the delivery of sales targets and managing a Marketing Executive.

My client is a major property developer, primarily focused on building residential homes; this role will be focussed on the Kent region and be based in Sevenoaks offices.

Description

As the Marketing Manager - 12m FTC, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Lead the Divisional Marketing function, developing and implementing best in class marketing, in line
  • with brand/group guidelines
  • Drive the efficiency and capability of the Marketing function
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of a best in class strategic three-month rolling Divisional Marketing activity and launch plan in consultation with internal and external stakeholders
  • Utilise market data and insight including marketing segmentation
  • Utilise external and internal data sources to analyse, monitor and measure the performance of all campaigns
  • Maximise website effectiveness
  • Develop and deliver first class social media, digital and CRM campaigns

Profile

The successful Marketing Manager - 12m FTC will have:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role, as well as relevant marketing qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A track record of delivering high quality campaigns - campaign planning, working across a range of channels (on and offline)
  • Line management experience would be ideal.

Job Offer

  • 12 month Fixed Term Contract
  • £40,000 - £50,000 per annum DOE
  • Office x 3 days a week / 2 x from home
  • Based Sevenoaks - due to location, must be a car driver.
