Senior CAD/CAM Programmer & Team Leader – CNC Laser & Press Brake Operations

Are you an experienced CAD/CAM Programmer with a strong background in CNC laser cutting and press brake operations? We're looking for a skilled individual to lead a production team at an expanding manufacturing facility.

In this role, you will be responsible for programming and operating CNC laser cutting machines, overseeing press brake operations, and optimizing production processes. You'll collaborate with the production planning team to ensure efficient use of machine time, while also leading and mentoring team members to achieve peak performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program and operate CNC laser cutting and press brake machinery.
• Lead and train the production team to enhance productivity and process improvements.
• Collaborate with production planning to ensure efficient workflow and machine utilization.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest changes to maximize efficiency.

About You:

• 2+ years’ experience as a setter/operator and programmer for CNC laser cutting and press brake machinery.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software and file management for CNC machinery.
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings and make tooling adjustments.
• Strong problem-solving skills
