Your Role as a Manufacturing Team Manager:

What You Need as a Manufacturing Team Manager:

• 3-5 years in manufacturing or operations, with leadership experience.
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and leadership in Lean manufacturing techniques.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
