Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
- Manage employee relations, including handling disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and talent development.
- Support managers in all aspects of people management, offering guidance on HR best practices.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.
Profile
HR Advisor - Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar HR role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential.
