Maintenance Engineer - Electrical Bias

The role is a permanent position based in Dukinfield, UK
Monday to Friday 8:00am till 16:00pm
The call out is 1 in 3 Monday to Friday ( finishes at 6am Saturday morning )
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose equipment issues and conduct fault-finding on breakdowns
- Provide rapid maintenance to minimize downtime
- Perform periodic maintenance checks
- Support machinery upgrades and modifications
- Ensure safety protocols are followed, including risk assessments
- Participate in the 24-hour call-out rota for emergency coverage
Requirements:
- Degree/HND in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Proven electrical engineering expertise
- Knowledge of health and safety standards
- Team player with problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
