£25,000 - £28,000/annum

With an established presence and strong proven history in their sector across the UK, our client is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to assist in overseeing operations at their fulfilment centre in Warwickshire.

Salary circa £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending upon experience plus benefits package. Hours of work are 8.45am - 5.00pm (Monday to Friday).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, logistics, and customer service.
  • Conduct stock checks and maintain accurate records through ERP transactions.
  • Manual handling and unloading of containers from overseas suppliers
  • Supervising small warehouse team
  • Fork lift truck driving

Requirements:

  • Strong supervisory experience within warehousing.
  • Proficiency in warehouse procedures and policies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and provide feedback.
  • Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence is essential and Bendi licence would be highly advantageous.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Must have a hands-on approach and be willing to work with the team.

This position is based in Warwickshire and is easily commutable from Alcester, Bidford On Avon, Studley, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Evesham, Bishampton, Long Marston, Redditch and Bromsgrove.
