We are looking for a Sales Support Advisor to join our client in Verwood, a leading supplier of industrial, commercial, and office equipment. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-established company, where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, processing orders, and supporting the sales team.
- £23,500.00 per year - plus annual bonus
- Full time - Permanent
- Monday - Thursday: 8.30am to 5pm / Friday: 8.30am to 4pm
- 26 days holiday + bank holidays + earn additional long service days
- Hybrid working (after training)

Key Responsibilities
As a key member of the Sales Support team, you will:
- Process orders from new and existing customers quickly and accurately.
- Create tailored quotations based on customer needs.
- Handle inbound telephone calls and webchats.
- Maintain up-to-date records in the database.
- Provide clear, accurate information to customers regarding orders.
- Stay informed on promotional activity to maximise sales.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent phone manner and strong written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- A flexible, organised, and reliable team player.
- Knowledge of AX2012 is a plus, but training is provided.
