We are looking for a Site Supervisor and a Site Manager with a strong background in civils and ideally groundworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage trades, materials, subcontractors, main contractors, and agency labour on-site.
  • Oversee deadlines and ensure project handovers.
  • Lead two projects, one of which is a school, requiring you to undergo a DBS check. (paid) 
  • Must be able to drive; a van and fuel card will be provided.
  • Weekly expenses reimbursed.
Job Overview:
  • Start Date: 23rd September 2024 
  • Duration: 20-week project with potential for temp-to-perm transition
  • Hours Worked per Week: 10 hours per day
  • Parking: Free parking available at all job sites
  • PPE Requirements: Full PPE: Hard hat, high-vis, boots, and gloves
  • Tools: Basic tools should be kept in the van, Storage available on-site if needed
  • Payment Options: CIS, LTD and Umbrella 
What You'll Need To Succeed:

Qualifications: SMSTS or SSSTS certification
Experience: Civils/Groundworks experience is essential, Experience in site management and leadership
Certification: Valid and in-date CSCS
References: 2 checkable employer references
