Qualifications: SMSTS or SSSTS certification
Experience: Civils/Groundworks experience is essential, Experience in site management and leadership
Certification: Valid and in-date CSCS

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage trades, materials, subcontractors, main contractors, and agency labour on-site.
- Oversee deadlines and ensure project handovers.
- Lead two projects, one of which is a school, requiring you to undergo a DBS check. (paid)
- Must be able to drive; a van and fuel card will be provided.
- Weekly expenses reimbursed.
- Start Date: 23rd September 2024
- Duration: 20-week project with potential for temp-to-perm transition
- Hours Worked per Week: 10 hours per day
- Parking: Free parking available at all job sites
- PPE Requirements: Full PPE: Hard hat, high-vis, boots, and gloves
- Tools: Basic tools should be kept in the van, Storage available on-site if needed
- Payment Options: CIS, LTD and Umbrella
