Commercial lead on a £45m Project, will be expected to work in tandem with the Project Manager.

Will be expected to run a small QS Team for this project and have previous experience of this.

Minimum 15 yrs experience, ideally with some Tier 1 Main Contractors – Specialising in CAT A,

Fully conversant with administering all aspects of both JCT D&B and JCT Trad. contracts. – This is a D&B Opportunity.

All aspects of the day-to-day project SQS role will be required, from tender analysis, to package procurement, pre starts, placing full subcontract orders, valuations, variations and payments, CVR reporting, assessment of any subcontractor claims, issuing relevant notices both upstream and downstream, chairing meetings, leading the project.

All internal reporting, Monthly Cashflows, Directors Reports, CVRs

The SQS will be responsible for the successful financial delivery of the project.

Must be able to comfortably deal with the client and all aspects of the professional team on a daily basis.

Will be responsible for all project commercial reporting, both internally and externally, including presenting the commercial sections of the monthly client reports & monthly CVR reports to Directors.

Background in Refurb and CAT A is a must for this role.

Location – London Bridge, must be 90 minute max. Travel each way.

The role requirement is full time, site based, 5 days per week.
