This consultancy works within a range of sectors, with a primary focus on Ministry of Defence projects, as well as residential, educational, and commercial developments. Our clients project values are typically within the region of £5 million. This is an exciting opportunity for an Architectural Technologist to progress their career in an expanding, progressive team of Architects, Technologists, and Technicians, ranging in experience and from graduates to chartered professionals. The team offers hybrid working possibilities from their office in Portsmouth. As a member of the architectural team, you will have the chance to collaborate on multiple projects, varying in scale and complexity from new build schemes to refurbishments. Our client work on a mixture of Revit and AutoCAD depending on client and project needs.

• Working across all RIBA stages with a focus on stages 4/5
• Working on a range of projects at one given time, producing working drawings and specifications
• Reviewing/editing similar work drafted by others
• Creating Revit or AutoCAD models for use from the initial stage of concept design to construction
• Creating drawings for planning, building control, and construction issues
• On-site visits and liaising with contractors, offering technical guidance as needed
• Attending client meetings
• Produce technical drawings to client
• Issue tender packs

• Proven experience with Revit or AutoCAD (Training can be provided on either software as and where required)
• 1 year's minimum experience required within an Architectural Technologist role
• Working in the office as well as at home
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Live within a commutable distance of Portsmouth
