Gibson Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a highly respected main contractor, to recruit an experienced Site Manager to help deliver a new development in Glasgow.

The organisation has had a major presence in the Scottish market for several years, breaking ground on several prestigious developments in the next year. This unique and exciting position has been created due to the ongoing growth of the business in Glasgow.

Your New Role:

The successful candidate will become a key member of the management team on a new build development in Glasgow. As such, the ideal applicant will come from a Trade or Civil Engineering background and have experience managing sites (under a Project Manager) over £15m in value.

Due to the fast-paced nature of the business, you should be an energetic and driven Site Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity to work for one of the nations’ leading contractors.

Key Criteria:

• Demonstrable experience as a Site Manager on similar sized building developments with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Main Contractor

• A confident and articulate communicator.

• SMSTS.

• CSCS.

• First Aid at Work

• Proven experience of meeting deadlines and keeping costing guidelines.
