Job Title: Senior Site Manager – Envelope Package (Kilburn)
Location: Kilburn, London

A Tier 1 Main Contractor is looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee the envelope package on a new build project in Kilburn. The project consists of a 6-storey block, comprising retirement care units alongside 22 residential apartments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take charge of managing the entire envelope package, including cladding, roofing, windows, and external façade works.
• Ensure high standards of workmanship and quality control across all external works.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of the envelope package in line with project deadlines.
• Liaise closely with the internal teams to ensure seamless integration between external envelope works and internal fit-out.
• Maintain and enforce the highest standards of health and safety on site, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Attend regular progress meetings with the project team and provide updates to senior management.
• Identify and address any potential issues or delays, ensuring that the project remains on schedule and within budget.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager overseeing envelope packages on large-scale residential or mixed-use projects.
• Extensive knowledge of façade, cladding, and external works.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage sub-contractors and work collaboratively with internal teams.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A thorough understanding of health and safety regulations and experience maintaining a safe site environment.
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications are essential.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
