Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons across Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2), following the school's curriculum and guidelines.
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
• Adapt to different school environments and teaching plans with ease, ensuring continuity for pupils during teacher absences.
• Build positive relationships with students, staff, and school leadership teams.
• Provide feedback to permanent teaching staff on student progress and any issues encountered.
• Maintain accurate records of student learning and achievements during the cover period.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualifications.
• Experience teaching across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 in a primary school setting.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt teaching styles to different schools and age groups.
• A flexible, reliable, and professional approach.
• A current DBS check or willingness to undergo one.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
