As Project Administrator you will join a team of industry professionals delivering water and wastewater projects nationwide. You will be a key member of the Technical Assurance team ensuring compliance, reporting, responding to technical queries and streamlining work practices.

Remote working available - 3 Days per week remote, 2 days in nearest client office in various locations throughout ROI.

Reporting to the Project Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Working with the Technical Assurance Lead to help ensure compliance with Uisce Éireann Standards & Specifications.
  • Contribute to technical standards forums/review meetings to identify any additional specification requirements and ensure changes are incorporated into specification updates.
  • Ensure that the UÉ Derogation process is utilised to its full potential and that a regular reporting structure to management is completed.
  • Act as a team lead in relation to innovation and technology and oversee the streamlining of current work practices.
  • Act as point of contact for the Technical Assurance team and ensure a prompt and accurate response to technical queries submitted.
  • Help ensure the UÉ Lessons Learnt process is administered and developed in a co-operative fashion.
  • Other duties as reasonably required.

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Minimum of a Level 4 qualification or equivalent in Administration, Construction, Engineering or another relevant discipline
  • Experience in a similar administrative role within a construction / engineering environment, (this is a non-technical role).
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, SharePoint for reporting.
  • Ability to successfully collaborate with both cross-divisional and external stakeholders
