About the Role:

As our Visual Merchandising Space & Range Planner, you’ll be a key player in crafting the in-store experience across all our locations. From developing seasonal visual merchandising guidelines to collaborating on new store concepts, you’ll be the architect behind how our stores look and feel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan & Organize: Strategically plan retail spaces for maximum sales each season, aligning with store segmentations.
• Collaborate: Work closely with merchandising and store teams to create impactful layouts based on seasonal VM guidance.
• Maintain Accuracy: Keep store space counts up-to-date and accurate.
• Analyze & Optimize: Use sales data and market trends to inform and improve store layouts.
• Communicate: Compile and distribute seasonal VM guidelines to all stores.
• Store Visits: Conduct regular visits to assess layout effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Brand Collaboration: Ensure new fixtures and fittings are integrated seamlessly into store spaces.
• Event Attendance: Participate in key events like conferences, roadshows, and seasonal briefs across the country.

Who We’re Looking For:

You’re an experienced candidate with 1-3 years in a similar role. You’re a project management pro who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves collaborating with different teams. Your commercial awareness, combined with a passion for retail, makes you an ideal fit for this role.

Skills & Qualifications:

•  Proven experience in visual merchandising and space planning.
•  Strong project management and negotiation skills.
•  Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
•  Proficient in Adobe, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
•  Outstanding time management and multi-tasking skills.
•  A sharp eye for detail and a self-starter attitude.
