Finance Administrator - £18 per hour.

Equivalent of £32 700. This role is temp to perm. It is totally office based. No hybrid working.

Working for a wonderful Membership Organisation in Kingston-upon-Thames. Close to Richmond Park. Nearest station is Norbiton.

The Finance Administrator will ensure smooth financial operations by accurately processing invoices, managing payments, and supporting the finance team with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Administration: Handle purchase orders, manage the purchase ledger, and reconcile accounts. Process invoices and expenses using BACS and bank transfers.

  • Petty Cash & Credit Cards: Manage petty cash floats and oversee company credit card administration, including expenditure tracking and reconciliations.

  • Support & Training: Assist regional treasurers with accounting software and provide guidance on financial processes.

  • Reporting & Budgeting: Help prepare and monitor budgets, distribute quarterly reports, and produce financial variance analyses.

  • Banking & Transfers: Perform bank reconciliations and handle international money transfers.

  • Payroll & Systems: Support payroll processing and maintain cloud-based expense systems.
