Mechanical Site Manager - Commercial Refurbishment Project (Birmingham)
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to oversee a commercial refurbishment project in Birmingham.
Details:
- Location: Birmingham
- Project: Commercial Refurbishment
- Pay Rate: £300 per day
- Working Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch break deducted)
- Duration: Temporary position (exact length TBC)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all mechanical aspects of the commercial refurbishment project, ensuring work is completed to high standards and within schedule
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to ensure smooth operation on-site
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and maintain compliance with all relevant codes and standards
- Monitor progress, quality, and resource management to ensure timely project delivery
- Resolve any on-site issues and provide regular updates to senior management
Requirements:
- Black CSCS Card (essential)
- SMSTS certification (essential)
- First Aid certification (essential)
- Proven experience managing mechanical projects in a commercial setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
