Supply Chain Manager 

I am currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Manager to join a leading drinks manufacturing business, one who are known for innovative products and strong market presence.

Key responsibilities include: 

• Manage and lead the end-to-end S&OP process, ensuring alignment between sales forecasts, production plans, inventory management, and financial objectives.
• Manage, lead and develop cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.
• Ensure optimal inventory levels across the supply chain, balancing cost control with product availability.
• Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain and planning processes, ensuring contingency plans are in place.
• Develop professional relationships with all key stakeholders to support and drive operational performance.
• Manage and deliver customer service level agreements.

Successful candidate:

• Experience in S&OP, demand planning, or end-to-end supply chain management.
• Proven track record of successful leadership and team management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and forecasting tools.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
