Job Description:
We are currently seeking a shop fit Site Manager to work for our client's retail store refurbishment projects in Clevedon. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the works and ensuring the smooth progress of the project.
Key Requirements:
- Valid SMSTS certification
- CSCS Black card
- 1st Aid at Work certification
- Asbestos Awareness certification
- Fire Warden
- Hot Works Certificate (can be sat online before the project)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise shifts to ensure project timelines are met
- Oversee health and safety protocols on-site
- Coordinate with subcontractors and site personnel
- Report project progress to the main contractor
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the refurbishment
Rate of Pay:
£250 - £270 per shift
