Job Title: Van Technician
Location: Bathgate 
Salary: £18 per hour (£42,000 per annum basic)
Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: Day Shift
• 1 in 2 Saturday mornings

About the Role:
We are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Van Technician to join our team in Bathgate This role offers a competitive rate of £18 per hour with a basic annual salary of £42,000. You will be working Monday to Friday on a day shift, with alternate Saturday mornings required.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of vans
• Conduct vehicle inspections, ensuring all vans meet safety and performance standards
• Accurately diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, and system faults
• Complete all services, repairs, and maintenance to a high standard
• Ensure efficient work practices to meet workshop deadlines
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively
• Keep accurate records of completed work and services
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, following health and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Van Technician or in a similar role
• Strong diagnostic and technical skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Full, clean UK driving licence
