Senior / Managing QS -

A truly  exciting career opportunity has arisen for a capable, ambitious and managerially adept Senior QS / MQS.

You will be number two to the Commercial Manager within the West Yorkshire region of a successful, established business and will help to shape and mould more junior QS's in the department.

They are growing at a fantastic rate and you will need to work at pace in a variety of projects including Health, Education and Housing and will double within the next 4 years.

They currently have a team of 5 and counting, which you will help to grow.

The client are seeking the following pre-requisite characteristics .. Does this sound like you?

Your relevant experience:

• Tier one contractor experience
• Ambition to progress within a busy growing company
• Knowledge of NEC (80%) and JCT (20%) forms of contract
• Managerial staff coaching capability
• A leader by example
• Ability to work collaboratively
• Ability to run 3-4 jobs
