We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a Floor Layer based in Southend on Sea.

Day to Day for Floor Layer:

• Carrying out repairs and maintenance in domestic properties
• Some of the duties you will carry out - Vinyl flooring, laminate, cap and cove, welding, minor plumbing.
• NVQ in flooring trade is needed

The ideal candidate will be a floor layer or flooring or vinyl specialist or welding or cap and cove or laminate specialist or carpets or tiling or plumber or plumbing or roofer or roofing or Multi trader or multi trade operative or Maintenance operative or a plumber or plumber multi trader or carpenter or roofer or roofers mate or carpenter multi trader or plasterer or plasterer multi trader or wet trade or joiner or groundworker or  and social housing or domestic or housing association or council experience or MOD (Ministry of defense) or housing or properties.
