Are you an experienced Cook who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen? We're seeking a reliable Cook for a permanent position, ideal for someone who can work flexible hours and enjoys the dynamic nature of kitchen life. You will work 11-hour shifts that vary between AM and PM on a 3 on, 3 off shift pattern.
As the Cook, you will…
- Prepare straightforward, hearty dishes to the best standard possible within a tight schedule
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation guidelines
- Maintain food safety and sanitation protocols in a busy kitchen environment
- Work alongside the team to ensure a steady and efficient flow of service
- Take part in kitchen cleaning and upkeep to maintain a functional workspace
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of kitchen experience
- Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and holidays
- A strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety standards
