Exciting Opportunity for a Band 3 Ward Clerk

Brook Street (UK) Ltd is actively searching for a skilled Band 3 Ward Clerk to join our clients within the healthcare sector in Craigavon. This is a full time role offering a fantastic opportunity initially for a 3 month period with the possibility of extension.

Rate of Pay:

o £11.67 per hour, paid on a weekly basis.

Working Hours:

o Mon - Fri 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

Undertake a range of admin support duties, including

" Typing, and circulation of correspondence, to include invitations, minutes, untoward incidents, etc/ " Meeting and greeting patients. " Handling a range of queries in a courteous and professional manner. " Using computer systems and software for data input, retrieval, and reporting. " Maintenance of medical records filing systems. " Typing duties - reports, letters and meeting minutes as required. " " Assist with the training of new administrative staff as and when required.

Requirements:

o Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.

o Minimum of one year`s experience in Administration and five GCSEs including Maths and English at grade C and above.

o Previous experience in Healthcare would be advantageous.
