We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join a team in West London. As our Assistant Site Manager, you will work as part of the site team under the guidance of the Site or Project Manager to deliver successful projects safely, on time, profitably and to high standards. The Assistant Site Manager will primarily be involved with on-site supervision of all activities.

• NVQ Level 3-4 BTEC diploma in Building Construction or similar
• Valid Scaffold Inspection certificate
• Qualified to the required CIOB Grade applicable at the time in accordance with group policy
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Asta
• Experience in a management or supervisory position
• Knowledge of NHBC Standards
• Knowledge of HBF ratings
